MY HEART REMAINS THE SAME

MY HEART REMAINS THE SAME

The trees grow tall,
The nights go dark,
The babies learn to talk,
The oldies quit to walk,
Every bit changes,
But my heart, a bit didn’t.
The same enthusiasm,
The same rhythm.

The air gets taint,
The walls need paint,
Days become night,
Nights too faint.
Every bit moves,
From right to left , and back to left,
But my heart didn’t change.
The same it feels,
Same zeal to live.

The ripened fruits fall,
Changed, is the barbie doll,
The taste bud enhances,
Walks the one who crawls.
Everything gets changed,
With each moment they play.
But didn’t change is my heart,
As curious as it was,
As happy as the stars.

A year passed by,
The sun goes bright,
Changes the season,
The wind goes dry.
The world and the humans ,
change everyday, every hour
But my heart is still a new born,
Who seeks more,
Pure to the core.
