DISCARDED AS GARBAGE

DISCARDED AS GARBAGE

She was just ‘eight’,
too tiny to fight for not right.
Poor little girl,
Poor as pitiful ,
Penniless as well.
Discarded in all the field.
At school, at home, being her own shield.
Abused as failure,
everywhere.
Physically not,
Mentally a lot.
Low self esteem,
lack of confidence,
bruised in essence.
Never appreciated.
Labelled as garbage.
Once punished,
by the so called educationist.
Stood in the bin as waste,
for hours been there on rest.
Hopeless , shameless,
accepting her flaws,
dumbhead being the cause.
Bullied in constant.
Her suffering was amusing to some,
A weaker prey to easily come.
The destructive sadistic violent act,
began to believe,
what she heard was the fact.

Her beauty, not everyone had seen.
A sentence changed, what she had been.
A maiden when recognised her smile,
the very first flattering remark of her life.

The one positive point,
to set her standards high,
to raise herself,
She murmured the sentence again and again.
Until now, when she is well known,
that one remark ,
could make the change alone.
