Long Drive

To proceed without destination,
just to chill, no preparation.
To resonate, every nook and cranny.
For youth, for all, not liked much, by all granny.
It’s a long drive to relax.
To ponder the moments, with unrendered tax.
To gaze at the stars, that shines so bright.
To stare at the buildings or the night city lights.
Mull over blissful instant with a grin,
Or go gushy over a disaster, eyes pervaded in brim.

It’s a long drive with a soothing music,
The judgement of thoughts, hinges upon the song’s lyrics.
To reminsce the hopes and despair of all times.
Repent for all undone, one after another in a line.
To cherish the good times spent with friends,
family as well, for long run they are meant.
It’s a long drive to envisage the one’s you love.
Beside if they, joyous gets the cockle of the heart.

To sing aloud, self assured, yet erroneous words,
unlike juvenile, crammed with every bit they heard.
To refresh oneself after hours of exhaustion,
Brings composure to mind and body even in short duration.
A long drive by the sea, over the hills,
can beat all the fatigue, with its thrills and spills.
